Michael
I’m Michael Jaroh 2024 High Bar Big Ten Champion. I am also a two time All American, a three time All Big Ten First Team award winner, a two time Penn State Men’s Gymnastics MVP, and have face adversity through my entire career. Along side gymnastics I have a substantial social media following that I’ve built up and utilized as not only a tool to connect with brands but also as a recruiting tool to make my D1 Gymnastics dreams come true. I started training competitive gymnastics at the age of 6 years old and quickly began dreaming of making an Olympic Team. This is the pursuit I and currently journeying upon but is not the end of me.

What does define me is my willingness to show up even though everything in my being is telling me that it won’t be worth it. What defines me is my mental disciple that I’ve developed by doing the little things that no one wants to do but know they should.
I have a system for myself that works for me and the epitome of this system is fostering a mind body and soul connection so deeply rooted that I now have a mental fortitude of solitude with and attitude of resilience within my own mind. Anyone can achieve this level of peace within their day to day lives and it is my new dream to bring out the best in who ever approaches me.
There was a time when I had not yet achieve this mental state and felt like a leaf lost in space traveling where ever the wind took it. Being an extremely passionate gymnast I was also very emotionally driven when it came to my success in the sport. Sometimes the emotions were good and led me to great success and at other times they were to my own detriment and defeat.
I hope to translate what I’ve learned in my 20,000+ hours of gymnastics training to help those who wish to reach their potential and see their dreams come to fruition.
In June of 2025 I had labrum reconstruction after competing an entire college season on a grade 4 torn labrum. I also have had 7 concussions throughout my career. Ive sprained my ankles plenty of times, have broken my foot and have had plenty of other minor injuries but none of this defines me.
