Expect to get the most out of every minute of time we have together. I will be drilling you with questions about your plan, your process, and your progress. I will also be making sure that the plan I come up with is best suited for you as we go. It’s hard to tell if a plan is a perfect fit for a person without giving it time so I ask that you be patient with this endeavor. It is easy to tell if a plan is absolutely not a fit for someone and if this is the case we will reroute as quick as we can.
Expect that in the weekly 60 minutes of scheduled time with me that I will put your mind through just as much of a workout as your body. I am open to coaching you during these sessions as you workout or to use these as a check-in system to make sure we are on track to reach the goal.
Sometimes you will hear things you don’t want to hear but that’s all part of growth. Expect that I keep it real with you as I expect you do for me. This is a two way street if you don’t implement what I teach nothing will change. If you do however be ready to become OCYM.
