Expect to be held to the standard that your future self requires. Although this transformation will be uncomfortable at first your mind body and soul will thank you in the long run.
Expect daily reminders of what it means to win the day and timely responses to questions about the OCYM lifestyle whether it be workout related, nutrition related, or habit related. I will answer a minimum of 5 of your questions per day and a maximum of 15. I will do my best to hold you the standard we set for you together but at the end of the day know that the results don’t come if you don’t show up.
